I stopped into one of the roadside stands to look at the ribeye steaks 20 for $39. 00. The next thing I knew the salesman had my wife spending almost 400.00! He told her she would be getting 40 ribeyes, burgers, filets, strip steak and more. Returning home, I unboxed everything and put it away. First thing I noticed, we didn't have 40 ribeye steaks! We didn't even have 20! We had 2 boxes with 9 in each fir a total of 18. I tried a burger for supper and I will say, it was very tasty. The next night we tried a pepper minion. It was so strong in pepper, couldn't even taste the meat. Long story short, I wasn't very pleased with my wife's purchase. I asked her for the receipt. The salesman took it upon himself to add a nearly 60.00 tip to the purchase!! I was pretty well at the end of my rope. I reached out via email to customer service. I got a call back with in their 34 hr time frame as the auto reply said I would. I explained the issues and I was told I would hear back. After not hearing back for a couple of days, I figured it was going to be my loss and just a bad experience. Being on a very fixed budget, I had no intentions of letting this go. I called customer service again! I was told I'd get a call back. Im thinking sure I will. NOT!. We'll, much to my surprise, I did get a call back! I explained the issues and what I was told next actually shocked me! I was told to go back to where my wife made the purchase with the unused product and I would get a full refund! I did go back and I did gat a full refund! I am very very pleased with their customer service but was not excited about the product quality! I would not discourage anyone from making a purchase. Just because it wasn't for me it may be perfectly for someone else. Customer service? Top notch all the way@

We drove out of state to purchase the package. We missed you when in Glendive, MT. So when we learned you were in Williston, ND which was 2 hrs away... we decided we needed a relaxing drive anyways. Lured by the $39 special, we bought the full box and received the Farmer's box for free. Couldn't pass that up! The burgers are delicious, nice thick patties, little shrink, or grease. Fried up two small steaks, coated with an herbal paste/ avocado oil marinate... it was sandwiches for lunch... good flavor. Can't wait to fry up a steak! Thanks for recognizing Keith service, the military discount and the Running's gift card!

We just purchased the package 📦 deal and tried the ribeye in the air fryer OMG let me just say it's the best steak 🥩 we ever had so tender and juicy absolutely delicious 😋 We'll definitely order again. We highly recommend it so worth the money. We're stocked for three months now.

I had never shopped at the meat truck and my first experience was fabulous in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Josh is amazing enthusiastic happy about his job very professional and was just very pleasant and quite a salesman.

This was my first time shopping at a truck in a parking lot. I thought oh I'll stop and see. I did and found the most professional young man who took the time to show me the product he had to sell. He was not pushy just friendly, polite and an all around nice man. I really was just interested in the Rib Eye steaks but after showing me what he had to offer, I bought some extra meat. The Rib Eye steak was the best, tender and flavorful and you can't beat the price. I will definitely buy from them again !!

20 ribeyes for 39 dollars. Out of Texas, but sets up in Tractor on Latta Rd and elsewhere. My 24 Oz steak was excellent, the hamburgers are terrific.

What a wonderful employee you have with Jared!!! He took his time explaining all the selections like I was his only customer and he did wonderful with how busy he was running it by himself….he was pushing out so much product from what we witnessed inside store and was so very kind with us all!!! He handled himself like a true salesman!!!

They are great people and the food is the best i can eat the burgers without grease and they dont shrink they good on the grill

I recently made a purchase from Drew, the Backyard Butcher Rep in Hot Springs SD. All I can say, is his Customer Service was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Had to make an adjustment to my order, and it was truly effortless. Further more, my brief encounter with him , I found him to be an exceptional human being.

Great guys. A lot for the money

Very friendly sales folks. Good packaging of products. Portions all appear to be 4-6 oz (steak and chicken) which is a bit small for some appetites but fine for my wife and I. The lemon pepper and Chipotle chicken are excellent (the only items we gave tried so far). Very satisfied with our purchase.

Great looking steaks and burgers. We had a couple burgers already and they were thick and solid and grilled up nicely. Taste was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed them.

We purchased an assorted package of meat and have not been disappointed - the marinated chicken breasts were tasty and very tender !! We also had the rib eyes and were delicious as well - the box filled our freezer .. only wish we could buy this meat every month …

I stopped by the meat truck 🚚 and got different kind of meat from them and everything i got has been awesome thanks to BACKYARDS BUTCHERS very pleased with everything I got from them 😀

I came across the sale purely by chance while going to the Garner Tractor Supply. 20 premium steaks for $39 in this economy was too good to pass up. Not only steak but seafood and chicken packages were available as well. Unfortunately, I had no room in my freezer for the amount of meat that was available but I did have room for the Snow Crab Legs special they were delicious, BTW). The deals were so good that I called my friend who lived nearby and he got the special package with steaks, pork chops, hamburger patties and chicken. His freezer is now fully stocked for about a month. I think the packages were reasonable for the amount of food that was offered. The young man who assisted me and my friend was very helpful and not aggressive (which is a major plus). I shall be visiting them the next time they come around.

Great deal on meats Backyard Butchers taste better than you would buy in the grocery store. The prices are better than Costco. They had different packages on steak, chicken and seafood. The ribeye was so delicious. Highly recommend you purchase some for you or your family. The sale was in North Carolina.

Purchased 500 bucks of meat. So far so great. The meat is thin, but it sure is tasty! My daughter and husband devoured the crab legs too. I've got a week worth of tasty meals coming from the delicious meat you've provided. Can't wait to try the rest!
