Every cut you get through Steer in a Year is upper 2/3 USDA Choice—known for excellent marbling, tenderness, and flavor. This is the same quality served in high-end steakhouses. Plus, it’s all-natural beef with no added hormones, no antibiotics, and no preservatives—just clean, honest meat you can feel good about feeding your family.

Your box is professionally curated by our Seasoned Butchers. Over the course of the year, you'll receive a variety of your favorite cuts including: Ground Beef (1 lb packages) Sirloin, Fillet Mignon, NY Strip, Ribeye, Chuck Roast, Brisket (half briskets), Round Steak, and Flank/Skirt Steak. Weights and exact cuts may vary slightly, but each box is about 30-35 lbs of meat.

You’ll need about 1 cubic foot of freezer space per monthly box of beef. All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed and ready to stack neatly in your freezer to maximize space!
